You may think a support group isn't what you need or that it won't help but trust me when I tell you that you are wrong about that. The camaraderie alone makes the monthly visits a worthwhile venture. Patti goes every month and, as far as I know, has only ever missed two meetings. At this point she goes more to lend support than receive it. It has been three years since Christopher's passing and Patti and Daycia have since become friends. So I urge you. If you don't live too far away and you have recently lost a loved one please contact the people above and join the group. Even if you don't live nearby any of them would be more than happy to at least talk to you a bit.
